Training

IAPETUS offers a multidisciplinary package of training than is focused around meeting the specific needs and requirements of each of our students, and enables them to benefit from the combined strengths and expertise that is available across our partner organisations.

At the start of each student’s studies an analysis of their needs is undertaken and a tailored programme of training and support developed by the student and their supervisory team. IAPETUS supports the delivery of each student’s training plan over the duration of their studies by:

• Delivering DTP-wide training events and activities for all our funded students;
• Opening up training courses offered across IAPETUS’ partner organisations to all of our funded students to undertake;
• Providing financial support for students to attend and participate on training courses at other Universities and organisations in the UK and beyond.
